GUARANTEES
All products presented on the E.NEXT Store website have a 12 MONTH legal warranty according to the current legislation and the store's commercial policy. The products are new and are delivered in original packaging.
1. Warranty period
The warranty period of the product begins on the date of purchase, which is certified by a receipt, invoice or other payment document. Keep this document, together with the warranty card, if one is attached to the product.
2. Warranty service
This warranty only covers products used within the scope of their intended use or normal use, and for which the following applies:
- the operating conditions correspond to the data indicated on the products, their packaging, accompanying documentation and E.NEXT technical catalogs
- the ambient temperature is always within the operating range
- the electrical installation in which the products are operated is not subject to voltage fluctuations outside the range specified in the technical documentation
- the products are connected, installed and operated correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, within the values of the electrical network, the operating range and the environmental conditions specified in the technical specifications, instructions for use, standards and all other documents accompanying the products.
E.NEXT's sole obligation within the above warranty periods is limited to the replacement or repair of any product found to be defective in workmanship or materials. Installation and removal costs are not covered by this warranty.
The consumer can use the provided warranty only at the place of purchase, provided that the product is complete and complete with all documentation. If you decide to send the product to the seller by courier, you will bear the shipping costs and risk during transportation.
All mentioned warranty periods are valid provided that an E.NEXT representative has access to the defective product in order to confirm the defect, if necessary.
The user cannot use the provided guarantee in the following cases:
2.1. When installation is carried out by an unlicensed person
2.2. When performing repairs in an unauthorized service center by unauthorized persons
2.3. In case of damage caused by improper operation
2.4. The warranty does not cover products with incorrect wiring, installation or maintenance.
2.5. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper, outdated or damaged electrical installation.
2.6. In case of violation of the integrity of the product
2.7. In case of lost purchase document (receipt or invoice)
2.8. The warranty does not cover damage caused by: moisture, flood, fire, natural disasters, electrical overload, electric shocks, insurance events, as well as breakage, scratching, staining, tearing, burning and other intentional or negligent actions; abuse, misuse, unusual use or use in violation of any applicable standard, code or instructions for use, including, without limitation, those contained in the latest safety standards, industrial and/or electrical standards for the relevant region.
2.9. Warranty does not cover product components with a limited shelf life of 2 years: batteries, consumables, etc.
This warranty does not cover labor costs for installation or dismantling of the products.
E.NEXT reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the validity of any warranty claim.
3. The removal of the warranty defect recognized by us is carried out in the following manner:
E.NEXT of your choice
3.1 or repair the defective product free of charge
3.2 or replace it with the same new product, in working condition (possibly with a similar model)
3.3 or will refund the buyer the purchase price of the defective product if it is not possible to repair or replace it within 30 days from the date of the claim.
Defective products for which a replacement is provided become the property of E.NEXT.
According to the Consumer Protection Act, p. 47, art. 113, item 2. The consumer goods are brought into compliance with the sales contract within one month from the date of filing the complaint by the consumer.
After warranty services or replacement are performed, the warranty period of the product is not renewed. The warranty period is extended only by the time required by the supplier to replace or repair the product.
Attention:
- before filing a claim, carefully assess whether the product problem is covered by the warranty according to the specified terms of use.
- if during the diagnostic process it turns out that the defect cannot be treated as a warranty defect, and you refuse out-of-warranty repair, you may be charged a fee for transportation costs!
- out-of-warranty repairs are paid by the customer.
- E.NEXT is not responsible for the condition of the power supply, including power surges, overvoltage, fuses with unusually high conductivity, voltage drops and pulse current control systems exceeding the limits specified for the products and specified in the relevant power supply standards.
For products sold to the buyer but not marked with the E.NEXT brand, these warranty conditions are not valid.
The general warranty conditions apply to products sold in Europe.
