Order delivery

Orders within Bulgaria are delivered by Speedy and Econt to a courier office, parcel locker or delivery address selected by the customer.

The delivery cost is calculated according to the current tariff of the selected courier, the weight and dimensions of the shipment, the destination and the selected delivery method.

For orders weighing more than 30 kg, oversized shipments or goods requiring special transport, the delivery terms and cost are agreed separately with the customer.

Collection from an E.NEXT location

Orders may be collected free of charge from the following locations after confirmation that the order is ready:

• Varna – 11 Rodopi Street
• Kavarna – 31 Stefan Karadzha Street, behind the Bus Station

Delivery time

In-stock products are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Products that are not available at the time of ordering may require a longer delivery period. In such cases, we will contact the customer and provide an estimated delivery time before dispatch.

The customer will be informed promptly of any unexpected delay. Unless another delivery period has been agreed, delivery will take place within the applicable statutory period.

Inspection upon delivery

Where supported by the courier service, shipments are sent with an inspection option before acceptance. The inspection includes checking the appearance, quantity and visible condition of the delivered products. Products may not be connected, installed or technically tested at the time of delivery.

If the packaging or contents are visibly damaged, please ask the courier to prepare a damage report and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to inspect the shipment upon delivery does not limit the customer’s statutory rights in the event of defective or non-conforming goods.

International delivery

We also deliver to other European countries. International delivery is paid by the customer, and its cost depends on the destination, weight and dimensions of the shipment and the selected courier service.

The estimated delivery time and cost are displayed during the ordering process or confirmed separately with the customer before dispatch.
