Deliveries are made with courier companies "Speedy" and "Ekont" to the address you indicated or their office in Bulgaria.
For deliveries outside the territory of Bulgaria, the costs will be borne by the customer.
The delivery price on our website for the territory of Bulgaria is currently fixed as follows:
- BGN 6.50 to office, up to 10 kg.
- BGN 12.50 to address, up to 10 kg.
- BGN 11.50 to office, up to 20 kg.
- BGN 19.50 to address, up to 20 kg.
- Possibility of collection from our site: For the city Varna, st. Rhodopes 11. For the city Kavarna st. "Stefan Karadzha", 31-A (behind the Bus Station)
- Free delivery - for orders over BGN 200. up to 10 kg.
- prices do not include VAT.
- for orders over 20 kg, delivery is agreed between E.Next Company EOOD and the customer additionally.
The cost of delivery is not included in the total price of the order.
Delivery takes place within 3 days of order confirmation.
Delivery time for some items may be longer and estimated. Therefore, the customer will be further informed before confirming each order and, giving his consent, the delivery will have to be realized within the estimated time.
All packages are sent with the possibility to be inspected and the courier is obliged to wait for you to check their contents.
Inspection is limited to an inspection of the appearance of the items and cannot be included or tested.
"E.NEXT Company" EOOD is not responsible for damaged items that are not declared as such in the presence of a courier.
In all cases, "E.NEXT Company" EOOD reserves the right unilaterally, informing the customer, to extend the specified delivery period by up to thirty days if necessary. The goods are delivered to the recipients as standard - by hand against a signature, and the parcels are delivered to the designated courier office by the customer or to the entrance of the address.
We usually ship all items for which we have stock within 1-3 working days of order confirmation.
"E.NEXT Company" EOOD is not responsible for delays in delivery to us by the importers or manufacturers of the relevant goods.
