Deliveries are made with courier companies "Speedy" and "Econt" to the address you provide or their office in Bulgaria.
For deliveries outside the territory of Bulgaria, the costs will be at the expense of the customer.
The delivery price on our website for the territory of Bulgaria is currently fixed as follows:
- 6.50 BGN to the office, up to 10 kg.
- 12.50 BGN to address, up to 10 kg.
- 11.50 BGN to the office, up to 20 kg.
- 19.50 BGN to address, up to 20 kg.
- Possibility of picking up from our site: For the city of Varna, 11 Rodopi Str. For the city of Kavarna, 31-A "Stefan Karadzha" Str. (behind the Bus Station)
- Free delivery - for orders over 200 BGN up to 10 kg.
- Prices do not include VAT.
- for orders over 20 kg., delivery is agreed upon between E.Next Company Ltd. and the customer additionally.
The cost of delivery is not included in the total price of the order.
Delivery is made within 3 days of order confirmation.
It is possible that the delivery time for some items may be longer and estimated. Therefore, the customer will be additionally informed before confirming each order and, by giving his consent, the delivery will have to be made within the estimated time.
All shipments are sent with the option to be inspected and the courier is required to wait for you to check their contents.
The inspection is limited to an examination of the appearance of the items and it is not possible to turn them on or test them.
"E.NEXT Company" Ltd. is not responsible for damaged items that are not declared as such in the presence of a courier.
In all cases, "E.NEXT Company" Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally, informing the client, extend the specified delivery period by up to thirty days if necessary. The goods are delivered to the recipients as standard - by hand against signature, with the shipments being delivered to the office specified by the client by courier or to the entrance of the address.
We usually ship all items for which we have stock within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.
