The crimping tool is used for crimping ferrules and ferrules, as well as for connecting and terminating wires of various types. Pressing is done using mechanical or hydraulic presses with hexagonal dies.
The mechanical type of crimping tools is used when working with ring, fork and sleeve tips with a small cross-section (up to 6.10 mm²), which can be both insulated and non-insulated. Such a tool has a lever transmission and a ratchet mechanism. In combination with the adjustable release system, the possibility of under-pressing is completely excluded.
Terminals with a larger section up to 240 mm² tubular type, made of copper or aluminum and without insulation, are crimped using more powerful crimping tools. Such crimping tools are equipped with hexagonal (hexagonal) dies.
All hand crimping tools of the mechanical type presented in our catalog are not designed to work with steel non-insulated sleeves and ferrules. To date, we do not offer hydraulic crimping tools in our assortment.
In addition to ordinary crimping tools that perform one function, the assortment includes a universal (multifunctional) tool for: crimping insulated ends of cables, stripping insulation and cutting wires.
In the near future, we plan to expand our assortment and supplement it with a large number of hydraulic crimping pliers models .
